When FEDA Ecoterm came to us, as they needed a clean, privacy-focused solution that would allow them to track time spent on internal projects, we started developing TimeProjects.
From the beginning, we made two fundamental design decisions that would define the entire project:
Privacy-First Architecture: We developed TimeProjects as a fully local solution, ensuring that sensitive project data never leaves the user's device. This approach provided FEDA Ecoterm with an additional layer of security that cloud-based alternatives couldn't match.
Minimalist User Experience: Understanding that time-tracking tools often fail due to complexity, we designed an interface that prioritizes speed and clarity. As a result, adding a new time record takes just a couple of seconds.
The app's interface is simple and minimalistic. The default daily view immediately shows recorded hours for the current day, giving users instant visibility into their time allocation. The clean, uncluttered design ensures that even the least tech-savvy team members can navigate the app effortlessly.

- Quick export functionality for generating hourly recaps
The categorization system allows companies to define fixed project categories that align with their internal structure, making data aggregation and reporting more meaningful and easier.
Beyond the Initial Concept
What started as a custom solution for FEDA Ecoterm quickly revealed its broader potential. We've since adapted TimeProjects for various industries, including internal subsidiaries, requiring secure, local time-tracking capabilities. The app's flexible foundation allowed us to customize it for different organizational needs while maintaining the core principles of simplicity and privacy.
